This page describes the cookies and similar tools used by fatturasmart.com. The data controller is Fraway S.r.l. a socio unico, Via Fiume Giallo, 275 - 00144 Rome, Italy — info@fatturasmart.com. Everything else is covered by the Privacy Policy.

2. Technical tools
They are needed for the site to work and do not require consent. They are not used to recognise or profile you. Legal basis: exemption under Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2-bis. Third-party services without cookies
On pages with a form (demo request, account deletion) we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA – Data Privacy Framework) to block automated submissions: it analyses technical browser data and the IP address. It is necessary for form security and needs no consent. Fonts are served by our own site: they are not requested from Google Fonts or any other third party.
3. Google Analytics cookies
They are set only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is optional: the site works the same without it. Until you accept, the site does not load Google Analytics; if you reject, close the banner with the “×” or make no choice, it stays off.
Google Analytics assigns your browser a pseudonymous identifier and records pages viewed, clicks on main buttons, device type and approximate location; according to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited, our processor, which uses Google LLC (USA). Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), to which Google LLC adheres; failing that, on the standard contractual clauses in Google's terms.
User- and event-level data is kept for at most 14 months. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.
4. How to change your choice
You can change your mind at any time: open cookie preferences. The same link is always available in the footer. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics is switched off immediately and its cookies already present are deleted. We ask again after 6 months, or sooner if the tools we use change; when the choice expires the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings.
5. Your rights
You can exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR by writing to info@fatturasmart.com, and lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
