You import your customer records and your invoice history, including previous years. The importers are included in the price and, if you get stuck, we help you on WhatsApp.

In most cases about 10 minutes are enough: you create the account, start the dedicated importer and the data is transferred automatically. Very large archives may need a few more minutes.

No, quite the opposite: we suggest you do not cancel right away. Start the 30-day free trial, import your data and use FatturaSmart in parallel. Cancel the old subscription only when you are sure it is right for you.

They remain fully valid: they have already been transmitted and delivered through the Italian Revenue Agency's Exchange System. The import only brings your history into FatturaSmart: nothing new is sent to the SDI.

Choose a plan and enter a payment method: nothing is charged for 30 days. If you are not convinced, cancel within 30 days and you pay nothing. Otherwise, when the trial ends the yearly licence of the plan you chose starts, and it renews every year until you cancel it.

No, we take care of digitally signing your electronic invoice, guaranteeing its integrity and authenticity.

FatturaSmart does not include digital preservation because the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) offers it for free for 15 years through the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal. Italian law only requires 10 years of preservation, so the free government service is more than sufficient. This allows us to keep our prices low without sacrificing anything. Data is hosted on servers in the European Union and processed in compliance with the GDPR. We run continuous backups and constantly monitor the system. Your invoices stay yours: you can export them whenever you want.

No: suggestions are computed on anonymized data. Before anything is sent to the AI service, names are replaced with anonymous codes, payment descriptions are reduced to a fixed whitelist of safe words, and document descriptions are stripped of identifying data. AI providers act as data processors, as described in our privacy policy.
