Does FatturaSmart include legal digital preservation?
FatturaSmart does not include digital preservation because the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) offers it for free for 15 years through the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal. Italian law only requires 10 years of preservation, so the free government service is more than sufficient. This allows us to keep our prices low without sacrificing anything.
