Taxes

The Taxes section is FatturaSmart’s fiscal dashboard for the Italian flat-rate (forfettario) regime: it starts from your real collections and tells you how far you are from the revenue limit, how much to set aside for taxes and contributions, and which payments are coming due.

Why use the Taxes section?

With the Taxes page you can:

  • Watch the €85,000 limit of collected revenue, with a year-end projection
  • Estimate substitute tax and INPS contributions from your collections
  • Know how much to set aside from every collection, with no surprises
  • See the next fiscal deadlines with amounts already calculated

Automatic: there’s nothing to enter manually. The estimates update on their own every time you register a payment on your invoices.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does FatturaSmart's Taxes section show?

The Taxes page monitors the flat-rate (forfettario) regime from your real collections: how much you collected against the €85,000 limit, the estimated substitute tax and INPS contributions, the share to set aside from every collection, and the next fiscal deadlines.

Who can use the Taxes section?

The Taxes page is designed for profiles on the Italian flat-rate (forfettario) regime: for other regimes the entry doesn't appear in the menu. It's included in all plans at no extra cost.

Do the estimates replace my accountant?

No: the estimates are indicative and don't replace your accountant's calculation. They help you know in advance, month by month, how much to set aside and when payments are due.
