The Warehouse module in FatturaSmart lets you keep track of your product stock, record stock movements, order goods from suppliers, manage inventory and monitor the value of your stock. Here you’ll find step-by-step guides to enable and use it.

Before You Start
Stock management is enabled on individual products from the Products registry. Only products flagged as “Managed in warehouse” move stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to enable the warehouse for every product?
No. Stock management is enabled per product with the Managed in warehouse toggle. Products that aren't managed don't move stock.
Does stock update automatically when I issue an invoice?
Yes. An invoice unloads stock-managed products when it leaves draft, for example when you send it to SDI, and a delivery note (DDT) does so when you mark it as sent. Loading from received invoices is assisted instead: FatturaSmart suggests the matches and you load the goods with Confirm load.
Can I correct a wrong stock level?
Yes, with an Inventory count, entering the counted quantity, or with a manual movement (Manual load, Manual unload or Adjustment) from the product's Stock tab.
What happens if I sell more units than I have in stock?
The invoice or delivery note still unloads the goods and stock can go below zero. The Block oversell option only prevents Manual unloads and negative Adjustments that would take stock negative.
